How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, share a design proof, process and deliver your order and handle any issue with it.
To measure and improve our advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.

We do not sell your personal data. Photos and logos you send are used only to make your coin.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our courier partners to ship your order. Advertising data is processed by Meta Platforms and Google under their own privacy policies. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

Terms of Sale

Prices. The inaugural price of ₹299 per coin applies to orders confirmed on or before 30 October 2026. Bulk prices are quoted per order. Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed before payment.
Customised products. Each coin is made to your approved design proof. Because the coin carries your personal details, it can't be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof.
Damage in transit. Please share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
Delivery times. Timelines we share are estimates and depend on the courier and your location.
